Group Bookings:
At booking stage, we request Credit Card Verification (on tables of 8+). Please note that no money will be withdrawn from your account. We will only withdraw funds in the case of you not turning up for your booking or if the number of guests attending is less than was actually booked, and without prior notice at minimum 12 hours before. The amount that will be withdrawn in this case is €10 per person booked.
Cancellations & Booking Updates:
In case of cancellations or booking updates, we ask to be informed at least 12 hours before the booking time, otherwise, the deposit will be lost.
In case of a Public Holidays booking updates and cancellations need to be informed to us at least 24 hours before, otherwise, the deposit will be lost.
In case of Christmas Eve, Day, New Years Eve and Day booking updates and cancellations need to be informed to us at least 48 hours before, otherwise, the deposit will be lost.
